2010 Conference - Brisbane
Paul Edwards, FCI Director of Operations, commented that FCI has a clear vision "to develop the skills and technical ability of football clubs and football standards across all scales of football throughout Australia" and the confernce is a practical medium to help enable coaches to become more knowledgeable in a variety of differnt aspects of the modern game.
This year we were excited to have formed a partnership with "Football Brisbane" who supported the conference, and funded 25 places at the event for coaches of smaller Clubs to attend. Mike Bailey, the President of Football Brisbane, gave a keynote address to the conference and highlighted that coach education was a priority for the zone and believed that by providing quality coach education to Club Coaches, would improve their coaching knowledge and at the same time improve the playing experience for players.
Why not find out what some of the presenters and delegates had to say by viewing Robert Blanches, (Brisbane`s 101FM Radio Show) interviews as he visited the conference.

FCI would like to thank all the coaches that took time out to fill in and return the conference evaluation form. FCI have taken on board many of the suggestions made by delegates.
